I am an In-Network Provider with the following insurance companies and networks:

• First Choice Health Network and all participating affiliates

• Premera Blue Cross and affiliates (Global, Heritage, Heritage and Dental Choice, Heritage Prime, Heritage Signature and Dental Choice, Individual Signature, LifeWise Assurance Co., LifeWise Health Plan of Washington Preferred, LifeWise Primary, Sherwood HMO, Sherwood HMO and Dental Choice, and out of state BlueCard [Blue Cross/Blue Shield] plans)

• Regence BlueShield and affiliates (Asuris Northwest Health, BridgeSpan Health Company, Healthcare Management Administrators, LifeMap Assurance Company, ValueCare) 

Please contact your insurance company to verify your eligibility and benefits, as well as any copayment, coinsurance, or deductible you may be responsible for.

If I am out-of-network with your insurance, I can provide you with a "superbill" detailing what you've paid for therapy so that you can seek reimbursement from your insurance through your out-of-network benefits. Check with your insurance company to learn what your out-of-network mental health benefits may be.

Self-Pay

My self-pay rate is $160 per therapy session. Payment is due at the time of service.

Reduced Rate

I reserve a portion of my caseload for clients with low income to receive therapy at a reduced rate of $100. Please contact me before your intake to ask about eligibility and availability of a reduced rate spot.

Good Faith Estimate

You have a right to receive a "Good Faith Estimate" explaining how much your mental health care will cost. Under the law, health care providers need to give patients who don't have insurance or who are not using insurance an estimate of the expected charges for services.
